Summary: Great location friendly staff and generally clean room but they didn’t change the bedding at all during our 3 nights stay. I dropped the alarm on the floor but it’s been in the same location all 3 days so no one’s even doing the proper cleaning

Summary: Exceptional in every way. Service is impeccable. Staff are incredibly helpful. The view is wonderful. Wifi is excellent. Pillows and bed are dreamy. We’ll never stay anywhere else in Auckland again. Thank you.

Summary: We were "upgraded" to a king room that had a very strange and steep ramp to the bathroom i stead of a step up, causing it to feel a but like a fun house. And there was a very large window to the bathroom right beside the bed. The window could be made frosty but always let through light so when my husband would get up in the night to pee, the whole bedroom would light up with bright light, waking me up each time. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointment for the mains. Our stay was overall ok

Summary: We stayed in the Doha, Qatar, Intercontinental hotel in February 2025 and were very pleased with our stay, apart from a very bad check in experience. We then decided to stay in another Intercontinental, this time in Auckland. Generally the Auckland Intercontinental was very good except for the room AC not working properly, ended up have 5 extremely uncomfortable nights in a lovely room. We complained about this issue to the front desk, on two separate occasions but the AC was not fixed. We really think someone needs to carefully check the above AC issues.
